Our Story
We’ve always loved the rush of solving a great puzzle,
the thrill of a good mystery, and the kind of shared excitement
that only comes from working against the clock with friends and family.
Unfortunately, in this area, there weren’t many places to find that kind of adventure.
So we built one.
We wanted to create more than just an escape room—we wanted an experience
that pulls you into the story. Whether it’s stopping a runaway train
or disarming a bomb, we designed every challenge to be as immersive,
exciting, and unforgettable as possible.
Now, we get to watch teams celebrate when a puzzle is solved,
groan at their near-misses, and high-five each other after unlocking
the final clue. That’s why we do this.

What We Offer
As Newberg’s first and only escape room, we’re starting small—
but like a great game or puzzle, we want you to have so much fun that the experience draws you back for more!
Right now, we have one full escape room and one portable escape "box",
but as the community grows, so will we.
Newberg is a town with character, from the historic 99W Drive-In
to its surrounding wine country. We want Cornered Escape Rooms to be
part of what makes this place special—a go-to destination for mystery,
challenge, and unforgettable fun.

Finding Us:
Most navigation apps show our entry as being on College St. Instead, please enter our parking lot from Hancock St. on the north side of the gray, “Ticor Title” building. From there, you’ll see the ramp down to our entrance on the back-right side of the house.
